3. Account / Login Access

4. Incorrect Email Information
If you enter the wrong email during checkout and do not receive access:
- Email us immediately with proof of purchase (full name, date, last 4 digits of card/transaction ID).

7. Subscription-Based Fulfillment

- Access remains active as long as the subscription is active.
- Canceling your subscription stops future billing but does not refund past charges.
- When a subscription is canceled, access to templates, dashboards, and updates ends at the end of the billing cycle.
8. Failed Payments / Billing Issues
If a payment fails:
- The system will retry processing automatically.
- If payment still fails, access may be paused until billing info is updated.
